Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls for a UK telecom client.
  • Resolve customer queries related to telecom services with a focus on first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing efficient and timely support.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience required into International Voice Process (mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply.
  • Candidates from only Delhi and Gurugram location are eligible only.
  • Immediate joiners required.
