About the Role

The Product Development Analyst will support the end-to-end development and execution of HNW insurance products and marketing campaigns.

The position will work closely with cross-functional teams including Actuarial, Brand, Distribution, Technology, Operations, and Compliance to ensure timely delivery of product initiatives, campaigns, and reporting. The objective of this role is to ensure smooth execution of product development activities, maintain high-quality deliverables, and provide accurate reporting to support business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Education - Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field with good academic results.
• Experience - Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in insurance companies are encouraged to apply candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in product development or actuarial will be an advantage.
• Special skills - Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken), proficient in Microsoft Office applications and presentation design (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and etc), Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
