Your new role

As Head of Department - Biochemistry, you will manage overall lab operations, ensure compliance with ISO 15189:2012, oversee staff performance and training, and implement process improvements. You'll also handle administrative tasks, consult with key clients, and contribute to budgeting and resource planning.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Lab Technology, Biomedical Science, or related field.
  
• 5-7 years of lab experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation.
  
• Ability to work rotational shifts and on-call duties.
  
• Phlebotomy skills are an added advantage.
