Role Description The Hospital Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Georgetown, responsible for promoting the company's pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and supplements to hospitals and healthcare institutions. Day-to-day activities include visiting hospital accounts, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and engaging with healthcare professionals to build and maintain strong relationships. The role involves managing sales territories, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts within company guidelines, and achieving sales targets. The Hospital Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather competitor and customer feedback, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure effective product distribution.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and account management skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Solid communication and presentation abilities for engaging with healthcare professionals and hospital decision-makers.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and basic clinical concepts; prior experience in healthcare or pharma sales is an advantage.
  • Organizational and time-management skills to plan hospital visits, manage territories, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in basic office software (Excel, Word, PPT etc)
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned regions.
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Pharmacy, Business, Marketing) preferred.
