You are responsible in welcoming guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience, offering assistance with guest inquiries and providing personalized service in accordance with Hyatt's brand standards. Your role helps set the tone for a memorable stay and reflects the hotel's commitment to hospitality from the very first interaction.

.Previous experience in a guest-facing role is preferred (hospitality or customer service).
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
.Friendly, confident and professional demeanor.
.Proficiency in English additional languages are an advantage.
.Basic computer knowledge experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
.Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
.Diploma or certification in Hospitality, Tourism or related field.
