Job Title:Hotel Customer Service Representative Mandarin Support (Email, Chat & Phone)

Location:G Tower, near Ampang Park Station, Kuala Lumpur

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as aCustomer Service RepresentativesupportingMandarin-speaking customers. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries viaemail, chat, and phone, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document and track interactions using internal systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Proficient inMandarin(spoken and written) andEnglish.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Able to work on arotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be willing to work on-site atG Tower, Kuala Lumpur(near Ampang Park LRT Station).
