Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Answer inbound call from Hong Kong customers, process hotel & ticket inquiries, booking, after sales and customer complaint, as well as reply email
  • Provide accurate information and details to customer
  • Working day and working hour including weekend, public holiday and shift rotation
  • Languages Required: Chinese and Cantonese (Nonverbal)
  • A visa passport will be prepared by company

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skill (English and Chinese)
  • Fresh graduate encourage to apply, Complete training provided
  • Able to work in shift rotation (1 Shift 9 hours. 1 1/2 rest hour)
