Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our human resources and administrative functions. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Tasks
- Manage office & pantry supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Handle general correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff.
2. HR Support
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate training sessions and monitor employee performance records.
3. Payroll & Compliance
- Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and Malaysian labor laws.
4. Event Coordination
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
