Central Corporate Engineering Sdn Bhd is a young and dynamic company focused on innovation in the microalgae biomass industry. We specialize in large-scale microalgae cultivation and downstream processing to meet modern industrial needs.
We are looking for a responsible HR Admin to join our team in Semenyih. The starting salary is RM2,000 and above, depending on experience. Working days are Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays.
Minimum requirement: SPM qualification and 12 years of experience in HR.
Candidates must be able to work well in a team and have a positive working attitude.
Role Description
- Handle recruitment activities (job posting, screening, interview arrangements).
- Maintain staff records, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist in payroll preparation and HR documentation.
- Deal with the company secretary on statutory documents and HR-related matters.
- Handle renewal of company licences (including MPKJ), road tax, and insurance.
- Assist in incorporation of new companies and preparation of required documents.
- Support staff welfare, HR administration, and daily office operations.
- Perform tasks according to KPI and company standards.
