Key Responsibilities:

HR

· Handling payroll process include government statutory

· Employee records ; Maintaining & update employee personal file, HR database & leave records

· Onboarding ; Assist with new hire documentation, contract & orientation

· Compliance ; Ensure HR practices align with company policies and labour laws.

· Support and assist any other ad-hoc HR assignments/ events/ activities.

Administrative

· Office Operations ; Handle daily administrative tasks, data entry, filing, and document preparation.

· Liaison ; Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

· General Support ; Provide overall administrative support to management

· Registration ; Handling all registration for government portal

Finance

· Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, and payment records and other ad hoc accounting tasks asrequired

· Assist in preparing financial reports and statements

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

· Support monthly closing and other accounting processes

· Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding finance matters

Requirement:

  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Hr, admin support, or finance/accounting
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
