Job Description

Human Resources

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll on time accurately. Ensure timely issuance of payslip and compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Maintain and update employee leave records.
  • Create, maintain, update employee files and confidential documents.
  • Assist in internal recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.

Administration

  • Monitor and manage office inventory, ensuring timely procurement.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and office logistics when required.
  • Maintain and update record of company's payables &receivables and assist business team in payment reminders to ensure timely collection.
  • Provide administrative support to day-to-day business/project operations.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes.
