We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources and administrative functions to support the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment letters, HR policies, and disciplinary notices.
