Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to support daily human resources and administrative operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes, documentation, and coordination within a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation preparation
- Help coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports, letters, and documentation
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document tracking
- Support payroll and attendance tracking processes when required
- Handle general HR inquiries and redirect them to the relevant teams
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to commit to a 6-month internship in Penang, Malaysia
