Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Admin Intern to support daily human resources and administrative operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR processes, documentation, and coordination within a dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation preparation
  • Help coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions
  • Assist in preparing HR-related reports, letters, and documentation
  • Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document tracking
  • Support payroll and attendance tracking processes when required
  • Handle general HR inquiries and redirect them to the relevant teams

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to commit to a 6-month internship in Penang, Malaysia
