We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager who is fluent in Mandarin to lead our human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, and organizational development, with a proven ability to enhance workplace culture and efficiency.

What You'll Do:
Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Organize training programs for staff development
Update & maintain the Employee Handbook in compliance with current labor laws and industry standards.
Manage administrative tasks & budget to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR & Admin, at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Experience in Property Development or Construction is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Mandarin & English (both spoken and written)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams
Proactive problem-solving skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Proficient in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
