Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam for an HR & Admin Manager. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and best HR practices. The manager will also coordinate general administrative functions, maintain workplace policies, and handle employee engagement initiatives. Additional duties include monitoring payroll and benefits administration, as well as organizing training and development programs to enhance team skills and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations practices.
  • Proficiency in administrative functions, such as office management, policy implementation, and record keeping.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage teams and ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.
  • Ability to plan and execute effective training and development programs.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Previous experience in a similar HR or administrative leadership role is highly desirable.
