Job Description

Solutino Pte Ltd is a Management Consultancy Company with regional offices across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, Indonesia, and India. Our HR team in Singapore HQ work with our regional HR Managers to draft and implement the HR policies and SOP. We act as the main point of contact between the Management and the regional offices staffs.

As the HR & Admin Manager for our Malaysia's office (Solutino Sdn Bhd), you will be tasked to oversee the daily administration of HR policies and ensure compliance and adherence to the SOP. Your ability to connect with our personnel across all levels and regions will be an asset for the Company hence your desire to communicate and drive performance must be strong. Reporting to the Chief HR Officer and working closely with the HR Manager (based in Singapore), you will gain insights into the HR spectrum where business objectives can be met through the right HR tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the entire recruitment process
  • Conduct Orientation for the new staff
  • Conduct interviews with personnel from time to time
  • Conduct quarterly KPI reviews with Managers to ensure personnel are kept abreast of their performance and to match expectations between both parties
  • Follow up on pending matters and drive performance through various HR tools
  • Plan and develop training program for personnel
  • Maintain and upkeep Insurance records and renewals, with prompt highlight at least 2 months before its expiry
  • Assist to submit claims to Insurers and to follow up with the payments
  • Conduct exit interviews for staff who are resigning and ensure proper handover via counter checking with the reporting manager
  • Explain policies and HR procedures to staffs
  • Maintain and upkeep office assets and equipment, replenish pantry and stationeries and ensure the office administrative and operations are taken care of
  • Any other adhoc administrative duties

Requirements:

  1. Min. Bachelor Degree or equivalent in HR certification
  2. Min. 5 years experience in HR Generalist/Manager roles
  3. Must be well versed and knowledgeable in Malaysia's Employment Act
  4. Must have hands-on experienced in hiring various PMETs positions
  5. Neat and detail oriented, likes to maintain records in orderly manner
  6. Proactive and high initiative
  7. Enjoys communicating with people
  8. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Shortlisted applicant will be required to attempt some online and offline assessment tests as part of our recruitment process, either before or after the second interview.
  • Kindly note that all new hires will be offered yearly renewable employment contract for 2 years before conversion to permanent role.
