Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-spectrum HR & Admin operations, including employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance matters
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning and onboarding
  • Coordinate performance management, employee development, and training initiatives
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and statutory compliance in line with labour regulations
  • Support compensation & benefits administration, including salary review, employee benefits, and HR reporting
  • Organize employee engagement activities, internal communications, and company events
  • Monitor HR and administration budgets, manpower costs, and related expenditures
  • Partner with management on HR strategies, organizational development, and workforce planning
  • Lead and support the HR & Admin team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within SME or property-related industries
  • Strong knowledge of full-spectrum HR operations, payroll processes, and statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management and HR administration
  • Experience managing recruitment and workforce planning
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
  • Familiar with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
