Job Description

Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Lunch Hour: 12.00pm-1.30pm

Working Location: Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor


Job Responsibilitie

  • sManagement of HR & Admin team
  • .Coordinate with HRBP at the HQ
  • .Conduct Performance appraisal for all employees in the subsidiary (making standards and helping with tutors to score their apprentice)
  • .Cooperate with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strateg
  • yMonitoring Recruitment activities in subsidiary
  • .Put forward useful plans to improve our recruitment
  • ,Able to lead, make decisions and take responsibilities to improve HR processes, policies and more
  • .Handle employee relations
  • .Monitor Malaysia and Singapore payroll and deal with salary raise every year
  • .Handles weekly, semi-annual, annual HR report
  • .Monitor training program
  • .Provides reports to the HQ

Requiremen

  • tsBachelor or above, 10+ years HR experience
  • s.Familiar with Malaysia labor la
  • w.Possess knowledge of Singapore employment law (added advantage
  • ).Experienced in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment on priorit
  • y.Language skills – able to read & write in Mandarin for reporting purpose
  • s.Able to work under pressur
  • e.Willing to work at Kota Kemuning, Shah Ala
