Vision Group Malaysia After-Sales Service Co., located in Kulai, Johor, serves as a key after-sales service hub in Southeast Asia. We provide technical support, maintenance, and spare parts supply for battery and energy storage products to regional clients. As we expand rapidly, we are looking for a talented professional who understands local labor laws and is fluent in both Chinese and English to help build and optimize our local operations.

【岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities】

一、人力资源 / Human Resources

法律合规与员工关系
作为公司在劳工法领域的内部专家,确保所有人力资源实践严格符合马来西亚《劳工法》(Employment Act 1955)及相关法规。处理员工投诉、纪律处分、合同终止等事宜,规避法律风险。
Serve as the in-house expert on local labor law, ensuring all HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955 and related regulations. Handle employee complaints, disciplinary actions, contract terminations, and mitigate legal risks.
签证与外籍员工管理
负责外籍员工(含中国籍员工)的工作签证申请、续签及取消(Employment Pass / Professional Visit Pass),与移民局保持良好沟通。
Manage work visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees (including Chinese nationals), maintaining good communication with the Immigration Department.
政府事务对接
作为公司与政府部门的联络窗口,负责EPF、SOCSO、EIS、HRDF的月度申报、年度调整及稽查应对,处理与劳工局(JTK)的日常沟通及合规检查。
Act as the company's liaison with government agencies, handling monthly submissions, annual adjustments, and audit responses for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF. Communicate with JTK on routine matters and compliance inspections.

统筹本地招聘渠道(JobStreet、Hiredly、LinkedIn等),满足业务扩张的人才需求。
Coordinate local recruitment channels to meet talent needs during business expansion.
薪酬与考勤
协助集团HR进行月度薪资核算,确保考勤数据准确,处理加班、请假等事宜。
Assist Group HR with monthly payroll calculations, ensure accurate attendance records, and process overtime and leave requests.

二、行政管理 / Administration

日常运营与后勤保障
负责办公室日常管理,确保办公环境整洁有序。统筹固定资产、办公用品采购及盘点,管理公司车辆、差旅住宿及设施维护。
Oversee daily office operations, manage fixed assets and office supplies procurement, handle company vehicles, travel arrangements, and facility maintenance.
会议与活动组织
组织内部会议、员工团建及年会等活动,传达并落实总部行政指令。
Organize internal meetings, team-building activities, and annual events. Implement administrative directives from headquarters.

【任职资格 / Qualifications】

必须具备 / Must-Have

法律与文化素养精通马来西亚《劳工法》(Employment Act 1955),能独立解读条款并应用于实际场景
深谙马来西亚多元种族文化(马来、华、印),具备优秀的跨文化沟通能力
In-depth knowledge of the local Employment Act 1955, able to interpret and apply clauses in real-world scenarios
Strong understanding of Malaysia's multicultural environment and excellent cross-cultural communication skills
语言能力精通中文(普通话)和英文,能作为工作语言无障碍沟通及书写
Proficient in both Mandarin Chinese and English, able to communicate and write fluently in a work setting
签证与政府事务经验独立处理过外籍员工工作签证(EP/PVP)的申请、续签及取消流程
熟悉EPF、SOCSO、EIS、HRDF的申报及稽查流程
Hands-on experience in applying for, renewing, and canceling foreign worker visas (EP/PVP)
Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF submission and audit processes
经验与资质3年以上人力资源相关经验,其中至少1年涉及劳工法合规或员工关系管理
马来西亚本地人
3+ years of HR-related experience, with at least 1 year in labor law compliance or employee relations
