The role:

What you'll do:
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT
- Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, screening and shortlisting candidates resumes, contacting candidates and arranging interviews
- Building a talent pool and pipeline for the company through social media and interacting with external parties appropriately on company social media accounts
- Assisting in conducting Induction and Orientation programs for new employees
- Monitoring and updating HR records, such as employees personnel files, leave records, benefit records and other records in a proper manner
- Planning and arranging company events (meals, gatherings, etc) and Team Building events
- Assisting in formation and implementation of company's policies
- Assisting in identifying and managing training and development needs for employees
- Creating and maintaining an engaging and welcoming work culture at the company
OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
- Managing & upkeep of company assets, including laptops (purchase, repair, upkeep) and other hardware
- Managing & upkeep of office and general equipment
- Handling general documentation and paperwork
- Gathering any information required by the company
- Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
You have/ are:
- Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic productivity software and skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A minimum of 5 months internship duration
