The role:

We're looking for self-motivated individuals who have a passion for software development and thrive in a fast paced environment. If you think you're a good fit for this role, team up and apply now as a HR & Administrative Intern.

What you'll do:

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

  • Supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, screening and shortlisting candidates resumes, contacting candidates and arranging interviews
  • Building a talent pool and pipeline for the company through social media and interacting with external parties appropriately on company social media accounts
  • Assisting in conducting Induction and Orientation programs for new employees
  • Monitoring and updating HR records, such as employees personnel files, leave records, benefit records and other records in a proper manner
  • Planning and arranging company events (meals, gatherings, etc) and Team Building events
  • Assisting in formation and implementation of company's policies
  • Assisting in identifying and managing training and development needs for employees
  • Creating and maintaining an engaging and welcoming work culture at the company

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

  • Managing & upkeep of company assets, including laptops (purchase, repair, upkeep) and other hardware
  • Managing & upkeep of office and general equipment
  • Handling general documentation and paperwork
  • Gathering any information required by the company
  • Handling other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

You have/ are:

  • Working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of basic productivity software and skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A minimum of 5 months internship duration
