About The Role

As an HR Administrator, you are part of our global HR Shared Service Center and play a key role in delivering high-quality, standardized HR services across the employee lifecycle. You ensure efficient and compliant execution of HR processes, supporting a consistent employee experience across regions.

In a structured and SLA-driven environment, you enable HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise to focus on strategic priorities by ensuring reliable, accurate, and timely HR operations.

This is your new job

You will execute transactional HR activities in line with defined processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service excellence:

  • Execute employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, transfers, and offboarding
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation in line with internal policies and local requirements
  • Manage probation tracking, contract updates, and employee status changes
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) with a strong focus on data quality and first-time-right execution
  • Perform system transactions, workflows, and updates in accordance with defined processes
  • Act as first point of contact for employees and managers via SSC service channels (ticketing system, email, phone)
  • Respond to standard HR inquiries and escalate complex or non-standard cases appropriately
  • Maintain personnel files and documentation in compliance with GDPR and retention regulations
  • Ensure all transactions are properly documented and audit-ready
  • Support administrative activities for international employees and cross-border cases
  • Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support the migration of new processes or countries into the Shared Service Center

This is you


You are a structured and service-oriented HR professional who works accurately and thrives in a process-driven environment:

  • College degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in HR administration or HR operations, ideally in an SSC or international environment
  • Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, SLA-driven environment
  • Structured, reliable, and able to follow defined processes and escalation pathways
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Mandarin are an advantage
