HR All-Rounder for the ASEAN Region (m/f/x)

Your Tasks

To assist in administrative and operational matters within the international Fichtner HR department in the following areas: Business Partnering:

  • Advising and supporting our employees and managers in the ASEAN region (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Bangladesh) in all relevant issues of HR and employment law
  • Implementing HR measures and executing related administrative tasks during the entire employee lifecycle (preparation of employment contracts, support during salary reviews, etc.)
  • HR process development and process optimization in coordination with the head office in Germany
  • Liaising with local tax advisors and attorneys to clarify HR issues HR Administration:
  • Providing support with visa applications and onboarding of new employees
  • Preparing relevant HR reports for the business managers at the German head office
  • Assisting the Kuala Lumpur branch manager Talent Acquisition:
  • Managing the onboarding process, including working with stakeholders on pending items for new recruits, and conducting orientation for new recruits
  • Managing all recruitment and onboarding-related documentation
  • Actively participating in all recruitment activities

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Management or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • People-centric with a passion for process excellence
  • Strong communication skills
  • Creative, flexible and able to think outside the box whenever assigned to ad hoc projects
