Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Support Executive to provide administrative support for both Human Resource and Accounting functions. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining employee records, supporting payroll administration, handling accounting documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Support
  • Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare employment-related documents, including employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and medical leave applications.
  • Support payroll preparation and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related information.
  • Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Accounts Support
  • Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Perform data entry for accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations and expense verification.
  • Organise and maintain accounting documents and supporting records.
  • Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.

Administrative Support
  • Handle general administrative duties and office documentation.
  • Manage filing systems and maintain proper records.
  • Respond to enquiries from employees and clients in a professional manner.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
