Prepare and process monthly payroll on time accurately. Ensure timely issuance of payslip and compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Maintain and update employee leave records.
Create, maintain, update employee files and confidential documents.
Assist in internal recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview coordination.
Administration
Monitor and manage office inventory, ensuring timely procurement.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and office logistics when required.
Maintain and update record of company's payables &receivables and assist business team in payment reminders to ensure timely collection.
Provide administrative support to day-to-day business/project operations.
Support continuous improvement of HR and administrative processes.
