Job description:

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Intern to support daily operations across different departments. This role provides hands-on experience in administrative functions within areas such as HR, Marketing, and general operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, document preparation)
  • Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and internal communications
  • Maintain and organize company records, databases, and documentation
  • Handle basic correspondence, including emails and internal follow-ups
  • Provide administrative support to different departments (e.g., HR, Marketing, Operations) based on business needs
  • Assist in simple coordination tasks for ongoing projects and team activities
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English required)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Willing to learn, adapt, and support different teams when required
