Role Description

This is an internship role for an HR and Payroll Administration Intern, located on-site in Puchong. The intern will be involved in day-to-day HR tasks, payroll processing, employee record maintenance, and assisting in recruitment activities. Duties include checking and validating payroll data, updating HR databases, supporting HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HR practices, payroll processing, and recruitment
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
