Collaborate with senior management to understand the organization's goal and devise plans to support these goals through HR functions. Ensure all HR operations are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization. Develop and manage succession planning and career development programs.
Employee Relations : Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation strategy is competitive. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as needed. Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities. Design and implement performance appraisal systems to ensure continuous feedback and performance improvement. Coach and support managers in performance management practices and employee development plans.
Sustainability: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement CSER strategies and programs aligned with the Company's mission, values, and business objective. Collaborate with senior management to integrate CSER initiatives into the overall business strategy. Support sustainability efforts by developing and implementing environmental programs focused on reducing the Company's carbon footprint and promoting sustainable practices. Monitor and report on data maintained for purposes of Sustainability efforts and initiatives.
