About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Executive / Assistant to support Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. This role works closely with the HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support recruitment activities, enhance HR processes, and contribute to a positive employee experience across the organisation.

This position is well suited for individuals seeking to build a strong foundation in HR within a fast-paced, people-focused environment, with exposure to end-to-end HR functions and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and the HRBP to understand workforce requirements and identify suitable talent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, HRIS data, and employee documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and compliance-related processes.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.
  • Provide day-to-day HR administrative and operational support as required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or HR support roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or HR systems; experience with recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Proactive, people-focused, and motivated to build a long-term career within the HRBP or Talent Acquisition track.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.
  • Clear career progression toward HRBP roles.
  • A supportive and collaborative HR team environment.
  • Opportunities for professional development, hands-on learning, and regional exposure.
