Job Description

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Role: Human Resources Assistant

Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
  • Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and payroll-related data.
  • Ensure payroll information is accurately maintained and updated.
  • Support the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
  • Assist in statutory submissions and payroll compliance requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, documents, and reports.
  • Assist with leave administration and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate employee documentation and filing activities.

Compliance & Record Management

  • Ensure employee information is handled confidentially.
  • Maintain accurate HR and payroll records in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Assist in HR audits and documentation reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
