Role: Human Resources Assistant
Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Verify employee attendance, overtime, leave records, and payroll-related data.
- Ensure payroll information is accurately maintained and updated.
- Support the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
- Assist in statutory submissions and payroll compliance requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR-related letters, documents, and reports.
- Assist with leave administration and attendance tracking.
- Coordinate employee documentation and filing activities.
Compliance & Record Management
- Ensure employee information is handled confidentially.
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records in compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Assist in HR audits and documentation reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and HR practices is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
