About the role
- Manage and maintain employee attendance tracking across several countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan etc
- Support end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and new joiner setup
- Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit documentation and clearance coordination
- Organize and coordinate newcomer reunions and onboarding engagement sessions
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and team-building events
- Provide administrative and logistical support for HR initiatives and projects
- Assist with the preparation of materials, reports, and other manual tasks as required
- Support the HR team with ad hoc tasks requiring additional manpower
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- min 1 years of experience in HR, administration, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee records is a plus
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to handle administrative tasks accurately
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with different stakeholders
- Willing to learn and able to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to coordinate and support employee engagement activities or events is a plus
- Able to handle ad hoc tasks and provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Able to use chinese and english as daily working language to work with chinese-speaking stakeholders
