About the role

  • Manage and maintain employee attendance tracking across several countries, including Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan etc
  • Support end-to-end onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation coordination, and new joiner setup
  • Handle employee offboarding processes, including exit documentation and clearance coordination
  • Organize and coordinate newcomer reunions and onboarding engagement sessions
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and team-building events
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist with the preparation of materials, reports, and other manual tasks as required
  • Support the HR team with ad hoc tasks requiring additional manpower

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • min 1 years of experience in HR, administration, or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee records is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to handle administrative tasks accurately
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with different stakeholders
  • Willing to learn and able to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to coordinate and support employee engagement activities or events is a plus
  • Able to handle ad hoc tasks and provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Able to use chinese and english as daily working language to work with chinese-speaking stakeholders
