Following recent HR and leadership transformations, they are looking for a strategic, people‑centric HRBP to support their mission of enabling quality care through a committed workforce. This role is based in Singapore.
Job Description
This is an individual contributor position ideal for someone with a healthcare background and enjoys being a business‑facing advisory position. You won't just process HR transactions; you will partner clinical and corporate leaders to shape people strategies that improve workforce sustainability and care outcomes.
- Partner with Business Units (clinics, HQ, others) to align HR strategies with operational goals
- Spearhead change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions during restructures or strategic pivots
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on complex employee relations, grievances, and performance issues
- Use workforce data (attrition, engagement, productivity) to provide actionable insights to leaders
- Collaborate with Talent Management, L&D, TA, and Shared Services to improve HR policies and processes
- Coach and guide managers on people management practices and Employment Act compliance
The Successful Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with direct experience in the healthcare sector (hospital, clinic, eldercare, community care, public health, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
- Proven ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders – from frontline managers to senior leaders
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, transformation‑ready environment
- Willing to work at multiple locations/office sites
- IHRP certification is a plus, not a must
