Job Description

We are seeking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR partnering and strong expertise in Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR), with the ability to drive people strategies and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and solutions across the employee lifecycle
  • Provide guidance and aid to business leaders and managers regarding strategic HR topics, encompassing areas like organizational structure revisions, workforce planning, performance engagement, talent management, competency, career advancement and engagement initiatives
  • Provide best in class recommendations and valued feedback to business leaders and other relevant stakeholders
  • Serve as business point of escalation for people and HR policy and process
  • Lead and manager ER/IR matters, including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, union-related interactions
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to strengthen employer branding, talent pipeline, university relation and talent retention
  • Partner with Learning and Development on employee's competency, TNA and DEI program
  • Partner with HR COE of Compensation and Benefits intotal rewards, benchmarking and relevant initiatives related to market competitiveness

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of 5years of progressive professional HR experience.
    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
    • Hands-on experience in ER and IR.
    • Strong stakeholder management, communication, advisory and influencing skills
    • Thorough understanding and practical application of HR concepts, practices, tools, procedures, and employment laws.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, thrive in a high-energy environment, and perform effectively under pressure.
    • Proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve HR programs through feedback, monitoring, and observation.
    • Strong results-orientation and a proven track record of achieving objectives.
    • Capability to lead and drive HR initiatives and improvement projects
