What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
The HR Business Partner (Japan) plays a strategic role in supporting business leaders across the company. This role is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement, and advising on workforce planning and development. The HRBP partners with senior leadership to shape people strategies and lead cross-functional HR projects.
This position reports to the VP, Regional HRBP & Office Management APAC, and works closely with the APAC HR Teamspecifically with the HRBP for North Asiato ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery aligned with regional strategies.
