Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations (e.g., Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act)
Proven experience in stakeholder management and partnering with business leaders
Solid background in talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Experience handling industrial relations and union environments is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret HR data and provide insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and build trust at all levels
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment
Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office tools
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
