Role Purpose:

The HR Business Process Optimization Lead is responsible for driving endtoend HR process improvement, standardization, and digital enablement across the APAC region.
This role partners closely with HR Shared Services, Country HR teams, and global stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver scalable HR service solutions-without direct people management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has an experience leading a team, able to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and coordinate crossfunctional teams while owning process initiatives from discovery to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR Services transformation initiatives across APAC, driving standardization, process improvement, and digitalization in line with global strategy.
  • Own endtoend delivery of HR Services projects, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, timeline, quality, and risk management standards.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure service quality, efficiency, and impact of process improvements.
  • Oversee and manage external service providers and BPO (Business Process Optimization) partners to meet SLAs and quality targets.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer centricity.
  • Build strong partnerships with Global HRS, HR leaders, business leaders, and vendors.
  • Advise stakeholders on process improvement, change impacts, and delivery risks.
  • Represent APAC in regional and global forums related to HR Services transformation.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, HR transformation, or business process improvement.
  • Strong expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements documentation.
  • Hands-on project coordination or project delivery experience.
  • Prior experience supporting HR digitalization initiatives or HR systems enhancements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with crosscountry exposure.
  • Proficiency with tools like Visio, Figma, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Suite.
