Responsibilities:
Handling Recruitment and Onboarding
Managing Employee Relations, Benefits and Compensations
Managing Employee attendance and leave requests
Assist Finance Team in Payroll management
Responsible for arranging external training events, including HRDC claims
Requirements:
Candidate possess at least a Diploma or Higher
Minimum 4 years working experience in HR field.
Chinese speaking candidates only
Good communication skill with internal and external entity.
Able to work independently
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
Office Location : D Piazza Mall, Penang.
Working Hour :8:30am to 5.30pm
