Responsibilities

Expatriate & Immigration Management

  • Initiate Employment Pass (EP) applications for external hires, IPT, and inpatriates.
  • Assist with visa applications, immigration matters, and Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) processing.
  • Conduct welcome briefings for new expatriates and IPT employees.
  • Provide school support and payment assistance for IPT/Inpat employees.
  • Manage host activation and related expatriate processes.

Recruitment & Talent Support

  • Source and screen candidates via JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Review candidate profiles and address Talent Snapshot requests from regional markets.
  • Prepare package presentations for IPT/Inpat candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, medical check-up letters, and recruitment documentation.
  • Maintain PSC trackers and recruitment progress reports.
  • Act as backup HR Business Partner (HRBP) during interviews as the HR representative.
  • Manage internal transfer processes and liaise with markets to close recruitment gaps.

Onboarding & Employee Services

  • Facilitate first-day onboarding, including ID badge, laptop, and parking card issuance.
  • Administer onboarding packs and coordinate buyout payments.
  • Oversee long service award coordination.
  • Manage end-to-end corporate credit card application and administration.

HR Operations & Payroll

  • Handle EPF and tax registration for local hires.
  • Prepare and review payroll reconciliation.
  • Provide support for HR and payroll-related inquiries.
  • Serve as SuccessFactors (SF) Champion, administering employee data for hiring, transfers, and upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of HR experience, preferably covering expatriate management and recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration processes and Employment Pass applications.
  • Proficient in HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
