1) Job Purpose
To support and manage general services functions including facilities management, administration, and employee support services to ensure smooth daily operations, regulatory compliance, and a safe, well-maintained working environment.
2) Key Responsibilities
- Support to oversee daily facilities and administrative operations to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure timely renewal, compliance, and proper documentation of all company licenses and statutory permits.
- Coordinate building maintenance, waste management, cleaning services, landscaping, and pest control activities.
- Monitor utilities consumption and verify monthly billing for accuracy and cost control.
- Assist in security operations and ensure alignment with company safety requirements.
- Assist in PABX systems and telephone line maintenance and coordination.
- Coordinate CLQ (Centralised Labour Quarters) and foreign worker administration matters.
- Handle expatriate administration including housing, transportation, and compliance.
- Administer company vehicles including road tax, insurance renewal, and maintenance scheduling.
- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and cost efficiency.
- Monitor general office management including stationery, upkeep, and administrative support services.
3) Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Safety, Security, or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience in facilities management, administration, or plant operations.
- Strong knowledge of statutory licenses and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in handling CLQ and foreign worker matters is preferred.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
