Key Responsibilities

Manage full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, attendance & HR admin

Prepare contracts, SOPs, policies & HR documentation

Maintain staff records, discipline & performance

Support COO & CEO on HR strategy & execution

Coordinate training & staff development

Promote a positive & productive team culture

Special Focus: Live Host Division

Recruit Live Hosts & Live Leaders (auditions + behavioural screening)

Track KPI: Sales, ROAS, AOV, Conversion, Engagement

Manage weekly/monthly host performance reports

Conduct training, mock live sessions & coaching

Schedule live slots & monitor discipline

Build a high-energy, high-performance host culture

Requirements

13 years experience in HR / recruitment

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Fast, proactive & able to multitask

Advantage: Experience in TikTok Live / Sales / Retail
