Job Description:
• Lead HR operations for HQ & store teams to support business scaling
• Handle recruitment for key roles (HQ + frontline) and support manpower planning
• Implement KPI/performance appraisal system and align incentives with business outcomes
• Develop training & onboarding programs for service, store operations, and leadership roles
• Manage compensation & benefits structure, payroll, and labor compliance
• Support organization development, capability building, and talent retention
• Partner with Ops/Store teams for workforce optimization & performance improvement
• Coordinate with China HQ for reporting, talent review, and culture alignment
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and reduce turnover (especially store staff)
Requirements:
• Min. 3 years HR experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin both spoken & written
• Experience in retail/beauty/wellness/service industry is preferred
• Familiar with performance management, KPI/OKR, C&B, and talent development
• Strong recruitment capabilities (HQ + frontline)
• Solid understanding of payroll, HR operations, and labor regulations
• Data-driven, structured, and comfortable with reporting
• Strong communication skills & cross-department collaboration
• Fluent English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
• High ownership, execution-focused, and able to work in fast-paced environments
Budget: RM 4,000 – RM 7,000 (Gross) monthly (Negotiable based on experience)
