Job Description

Adecco's client is seeking a detail-driven, analytical, and execution-focused HR Executive (Performance Management) to support the company's performance framework, HR system governance, and employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate comes from a manufacturing background and is willing to travel to Kuala Kubu Baharu. The candidate is organised, comfortable working with data, and experienced in coordinating appraisal cycles while partnering with managers to drive performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Assist in developing and maintaining performance appraisal systems
  • Coordinate annual and mid-year performance review cycles across the organisation
  • Ensure timely communication of performance policies and guidelines

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, consolidate, and analyse performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas of improvement
  • Prepare structured reports for management on performance ratings, KPIs, and development focus areas

Employee Development

  • Partner with managers to create and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
  • Support training needs analysis based on performance outcomes and workforce capability gaps

System Administration

  • Manage HRIS or performance management tools, ensuring system accuracy and data integrity
  • Perform timely data entry, system updates, and user administration where required

Compliance & Policy

  • Ensure adherence to internal performance management policies and governance standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive employee performance data

HR Operations Support

  • Provide coordination support to HR and business stakeholders on performance-related matters
  • Manage performance documentation and records to ensure review cycle and audit readiness
  • Support ad-hoc HR operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • 25 years of HR experience with exposure to performance management, HR systems, or HR reporting cycles
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is required
  • Strong data handling skills, analytical ability, and proficiency in KPI tracking and reporting
  • Ownership of processes with high attention to detail and structured execution
  • Good stakeholder communication and coordination skills, comfortable partnering with managers and leadership
  • Ability to follow guidelines accurately, manage deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior hands-on experience with HRIS or performance tools is an added advantage
  • Comfortable managing multiple review cycles and fast-paced operational timelines
