Job Summary
This role adds value by ensuring effective talent acquisition, managing outsourcing partners to meet manpower needs, and maintaining accurate job descriptions that align with organizational goals. This role strengthens recruitment efficiency, supports fair and consistent hiring practices, and provides clear documentation that enhances workforce planning and employee development.
Responsibiilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding arrangements.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, job fairs, and campus recruitment activities.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to attract suitable talent.
- Manage outsourcing manpower activities, including vendor sourcing, contract coordination, interview arrangement, and ensuring manpower targets are achieved.
- Develop, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions by collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Act as an HR partner to support various departmental HR activities, company culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
- Assist in HR compliance activities, including audits, government agency liaison, and ensuring recruitment processes comply with labour regulations.
- Support other HR-related projects and ad-hoc activities to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Administrative Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Able to work on weekend (if needed) to attend recruitment related activity in order to fill the vacancy on time.
