Job Description


  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
  • Coordinate outsourced payroll, ensuring accurate monthly inputs (attendance, leave, claims) and timely payroll processing.
  • Handle employee relations and act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries (leave, claims, basic HR support).
  • Maintain HR compliance and ensure all employee data and documentation are handled with strict confidentiality.
  • Support the Office Manager and management team in day-to-day HR operations and continuous process improvement.
Up to MYR 7,000

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • Experience with outsourced payroll is an advantage.
  • Strong integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently in a lean team.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
