Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Main Duties:
HR Division:
- Manage internal and new recruitment, selection, and placement of staff.
- In-charge Talent Management including coaching and developing of staff.
- Understanding how the company operates, manage all departments KPI and SOP reviews
- Supporting managers with various tasks including policy making, goal setting and develop team spirit.
- Evaluate different department performance including HOD and staffs.
- Management roles have various responsibilities and requirements based on the different department needs.
Finance Division:
- In-charge Costing Management, manage and update latest products costing.
- Identifying and apply the companys strategies and business process, to support the costing department enhance the process for success.
- Allocating Forecast and Budget of the company and drafting performance reports i.e. quarterly and monthly reports.
Other Duties:
- Assist managers to complete their task in implementing new policies and budgets
- Understand each departments (e.g. Procurement, Production, Marketing, Sales etc) daily processes and goals
- Get familiar with personnel duties
- Participate in companys strategic planning
Skill / Knowledge & Certification:
- Experience in HR and Finance management or similar/relevant field
- Comprehensive and advance knowledge of MS Office and Dynamic 365
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills
- Excellent math and computational ability
- Effective communication skills
- A degree in any accounting field or CIMA qualification, and any professional paper.
