Job Description

As an HR Generalist supporting Asahi Global Procurement Services (AGPS), you will play a key role in delivering efficient, people-focused HR support across the organisation. You'll partner closely with leaders and employees to ensure smooth HR operations, enhance employee experience, and uphold strong governance and compliance standards.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence positive change, support global initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team that values people, innovation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for AGPS, providing guidance, support, and resolution on HR matters
  • Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, L&D, employee relations, and performance processes
  • Implement and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with Global Procurement HR frameworks
  • Manage HR systems and ensure accurate HR data, reporting, and record management
  • Coordinate HR activities such as trainings, workshops, and engagement events
  • Liaise with HR service providers (payroll, personnel administration, recruitment) and relevant government authorities
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that improve processes, employee experience and organisational capability

Requirements

  • Experienced HR Generalist, ideally within multinational or shared-services environments
  • Strong working knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and local labour regulations
  • Skilled in managing HR vendors (payroll, recruitment, personnel) and coordinating with authorities
  • Proficient in HR systems, reporting, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • A confident communicator and trusted partner with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; fluent in English
