Responsibilities:
  • Responsibleforthefullspectrumofrecruitment&employmentcycle(jobadvertising,talentsearch, candidatescreening,interview,joboffering,stafforientation,offboarding&exitclearance)
  • Experienceinprocessingpayroll&statutorybenefits
  • Providingguidanceandadvicetostaffonmattersofemploymentlegislation,employeerelations andcompanypolicies,andansweringday-to-dayemployeerelatedqueries
  • Coordinatingandmanagingperformanceevaluationprocess
  • SupportingregionalandglobalHRpoliciesandproceduresreview
  • FirstpointofcontactforallHRqueries
  • Providinggeneraladministrativesupportandparticipateinad-hocHRprojects&initiativesasassigned
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Mandarin language skills.
  • Minimum3-5 yearsofrelevanthiringexperiences
  • DegreeinBusiness,HRorrelevantsubjects
  • ProventrackrecordsinanHRgeneralistrole
  • Hands-onexperienceintheentireHRcycle
  • Experienceworkingintheinformationtechnologyindustrywouldbeabonus
  • Willingness,reliable,flexible,andadaptableindividualwhoisabletoworkindependentlyinafast-pacedenvironment
  • Attentiontoworkqualityanddetails
  • Strongadministrativeskills
  • Commitmenttoconfidentialityandahighdegreeofintegrityandprofessionalism
