Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll and employee relations.
  • Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
  • Handle performance management, training and employee development programs.
  • Handle staff attendance, disciplinary matters and provide guidance to employees and managers.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
  • Manage employee engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience in related area
  • 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, IR Act and statutory
