Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll and employee relations.
- Manage recruitment from sourcing to onboarding new employees.
- Handle performance management, training and employee development programs.
- Handle staff attendance, disciplinary matters and provide guidance to employees and managers.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
- Manage employee engagement and welfare activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience in related area
- 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, IR Act and statutory
