Key Responsibilities
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Possesses 4 - 5 years of experience in a HR role, similar experience in property development, real estate, or construction industry is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high proficiency in the English language.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
