Job Description

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Support HR operations, including employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support HR reporting and analytics for decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to support HR strategies that drive company success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possesses 4 - 5 years of experience in a HR role, similar experience in property development, real estate, or construction industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high proficiency in the English language.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
