We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Generalist Intern to join our growing team at EDUK8U Grad School Asia.
This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are interested in gaining hands-on exposure in business operations, HR, recruitment, payroll, compliance, finance support, and marketing coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with data entry and administrative documentation
- Support compliance and operational processes
- Assist Accounts team with invoicing and reconciliation tasks
- Provide payroll administration support
- Support recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding documentation
- Monitor pantry and operational stock supplies
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives
- Assist in drafting and submitting HRDC-related lodgements and documentation
- Provide general operational and coordination support across departments
Requirements
- Internship candidates currently pursuing Degree studies
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace; Word doc and excel.
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
