Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees
  • Maintaining records of employee attendance, leave and overtime
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and PCB
  • Responsible for recruitment and interviews, selecting outstanding talents.
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file.
  • Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • To prepare and compile documents for timely submission to the Management and the relevant government authorities
  • To assist in handling of foreign worker issues including work permit application, renewal, and termination;
  • Handle other office administrative matters to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Requirements

  • Fluet in Mandarin, Basic English and Malay(both spoken and written)
  • Possess at least diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or relevant fields
  • At least 3 years of Human Resource Management or related experience
  • Have knowledge in Employment Act and other relevant Government Statutory Act
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Positive attitude, responsible character and good communication skills
  • Perform responsibilities without supervision
  • Able to learn new skills and acquire knowledge fast
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word & Excel for preparing HR documents and time management, leave and attendance spreadsheet
